You don’t always have the words
-
You need a calm space that understands
This journal gives you that space

If you are here for someone you love
-
You don’t know what to say or do
-
You want to help but feel unsure
-
You’re afraid of saying the wrong thing
This journal gives you a way to support them

more than a journal
This isn’t a medical diary.
It doesn’t track treatments or test results.
It supports the part of recovery that often gets overlooked, your mind.
Because what someone feels each day matters just as much as what they’re going through physically.

What to say
what not to say
Know exactly how to support someone going through cancer, without accidentally saying the wrong thing.
Clear, thoughtful guidance for difficult conversations.

"Add music to
my playlist.."
Tear-off support strips
Simple ways to ask for help, without having to explain.
Share small, practical requests with friends and family
when energy is low.

PAGE per DAY TO TRACK EMOTIONS AND SYMPTOMS
Understand how you feel, even when your thoughts are hard to process
A gentle structure when your mind feels overwhelmed.
PAGES TO PROMOTE MENTAL STRENGTH

Support for the thoughts, emotions, and moments
that often go unseen.
Short stories, colouring pages, milestone reflections, #unspokenwords to share with a trusted party and much more.
Because healing isn’t only physical.
A simple, thoughtful gift that genuinely helps.
What our readers say

A thoughtful way to support someone you love
If you’ve been wondering how to help, this is a place to start.
A simple, thoughtful gift that genuinely helps.
Hello from Rachel
I created I Will Bloom after experiencing cancer treatment firsthand.
I saw how much support existed for the physical side, but how little there was for the emotional and mental load.
This journal is what I needed during that time.
Something calm, practical, and quietly supportive, without pressure, overwhelm, or expectation.
This is the journal I wish I had.
